The exterior is a heavy birds eye maple in a colour that accentuates the natural pattern of the wood. Combined with steel and stone and using the natural light, the result is a roomy, bright kitchen that funcions as well as it looks.

The bell shaped hood has an 1100 cfm power pack inside to ensure all the smoke is removed when using the grill on the 48" pro series range. The splash is stainless tile. Custom made bevels in the glass doors finish full height, lit display cabinets. All are finished with custom milled birdseye trims ans compound ceiling mouldings

The sinks are stainless, undermounted in the stone tops. There is a prep sink in the island allowing for more than one cook.





	Quiet, variable-speed interior centrifugal blower with high-efficiency motor produces 500 CFM of exhaust. A variety of exterior blowers are available, providing higher exhaust options, ranging from 600 to 1500 CFM. Remote control included to provide activation from alternate location. Advanced Heat Sentry adjusts speed of blower in case of excess heat. Delay timer control automatically shuts off range hood after 10 minutes. Control light flashes when it's time to clean the filter. Dishwasher-safe filters feature a polished stainless steel finish. Chimney rises 9-1/2" from counter. 3-1/4" x 10" duct connector interior blower; 3-1/4" x 14" duct connector exterior blower.
